Phil has been involved in the Health & Fitness Industry for over 23 years, specialising in Personal Training for the last 16 years.
Phil's expertise lies in rehabilitation, sports specific training, weight loss, strength and cardio training.
Combined with this is his professional sporting background, having been a first grade Rugby League football player with North Sydney and St George clubs.

Chris has been a Personal Trainer in the St Leonards area since 1994.
Prior to opening Oxygen she had gained extensive experience in developing programs and working with pregnant and post natal clients as well as the general population and corporate group training Chris has recently moved into the Pilates world. She has been studying and personally practicing Pilates for the last year, and is amazed with the improvements it has made to her physique, posture and core strength. Nik has been working as a fully qualified Level IV Personal Trainer since 2000. Gracing our shores in 2004 from New Zealand, he has had the pleasure of training with a large cross section of people aged 12 to 84. With this Nik is able to contribute his wealth of knowledge and experience to Oxygen. He really enjoys pitting clients through their paces with a combination of boxing, plyometric and power training. Nik's role at Oxygen is as our Member Services Manager and Personal Trainer. |  | Ben Goodwin Ben is a Master Trainer graduate from the Australian Institute of Fitness. He has an endless knowledge base of strength and core conditioning as well as specific sport discipline training. While currently training and competing at International level Natural Body Building, he has previously competed in representative Athletics, Touch Football and Cricket. Weight training, nutrition, or conditioning, Ben can give you that little bit of extra knowledge that you’ve been missing from your workouts. |  | Tricia Jenkins
Tricia has 19 years experience in Sports & Remedial Massage as a therapist and teacher. She has worked with many sporting teams over the years, currently travelling with Australian Swimming & Australian Women's Softball teams and working with the Australian teams at Sydney & Athens Olympics and Melbourne Commonwealth Games.
Tricia is also a positive change therapist, using the latest in cutting edge technologies for rapid & long lasting change. Helping you unravel the true cause behind what's stopping you from achieving your goals so that you can move powerfully forward to where you want to be.
Tricia is available at Oxygen:
Tuesday 11am – 7pm Wednesday 9am – 1pm Thursday 11am – 7pm Saturday 9am – 1pm
